   LangGraph and LangChain route each request to the right specialist agent.

   Dense and semantic search with re-rankers, scored by an LLM-as-a-judge.

   Input guardrails, semantic caching, query normalisation and role-aware chat before the model runs, with cache updates, alerts and evals after.

   Drivers upload photos and vision-capable models help diagnose the vehicle.
